About RBH Relief

Relief Behavioral Health is an outpatient behavioral health clinic that provides psychiatric services for people of all ages who are facing behavioral and mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance dependency, schizophrenia, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and sleep disorders. We provide mobile psychiatric care, telehealth and in-person office visits. Services include brief psychotherapy and medication management.

OCD

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental health issue characterized by persistent intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions known as compulsions. While OCD can be relatively benign, it often disrupts everyday tasks, work responsibilities, and interpersonal connections.

Anxiety

ADD/ADHD

ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) are mental health conditions that makes it difficult to focus on work and school life.

Meta Galabe, DNP-PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner at Relief Behavioral Health LLC in Phoenix, Arizona. Practicing in healthcare for over 15 years. Dr. Meta received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Arizona, Tucson in 2008 and her Doctor in Nursing Practice degree (DNP) in 2020. Her extensive nursing background includes geriatrics, hospice, behavioral health, substance use and addiction specialty.

Dr. Kengne Fosso DNP-PMHNP
Dr. Kengne Fosso obtained her BSN degree at Grand Canyon University in 2012. She worked as a neuro-med surg- RN right after nursing school, then transitioned to mental health a year later. She worked as a psychiatric Registered Nurse for 7 years while completing her doctorate degree at the University of Arizona. Dr. Kengne Fosso obtained her doctoral degree from the University of Arizona in 2022. She was a member of the honors program. When she is not taking care of patients, she loves spending time with her family and friends.
